Quick summary

Change your mind? Return the item within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging for a full refund (customer pays return postage). If the item is faulty or was damaged on arrival, we’ll sort a replacement or full refund and cover reasonable return postage.

What’s covered

  • 30-day money-back guarantee (change of mind): Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging and resalable condition for a refund of the product price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival: If the product arrives damaged or develops a verified manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we’ll replace or refund it. In these cases we will cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.

  • Warranty: We provide a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing faults (see “Faulty items & warranty” below).


What we can’t accept

  • Returns after 30 days from delivery (unless the item is faulty).

  • Items that are used, soiled, missing parts, or not in original packaging (for hygiene reasons we cannot accept used personal-care items unless faulty).

  • Custom, clearance or explicit final-sale items marked non-returnable at purchase.


How to start a return

  1. Email calmerawellness.store@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a short reason.

  2. For damaged/faulty items include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  3. We’ll reply with a returns authorisation and the returns address (or a prepaid label if we’re covering postage for a faulty item).

Do not send returns without authorisation — unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.


Return postage & who pays

  • Change of mind returns: Customer pays return postage back to our returns address (we recommend using a tracked service).

  • Faulty / damaged items: We cover return postage or provide a prepaid label where we determine the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • International returns: For international change-of-mind returns the customer is responsible for postage, customs and any import fees.


How refunds are processed

  • Once we receive and inspect the return we’ll email confirmation.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the return; depending on your bank it may take up to 7 business days to appear.

  • For change-of-mind refunds we refund the product price only; original outbound shipping is refunded only where required by law or if the item was faulty.


Exchanges

If you want an exchange (different model or replacement), email calmerawellness.store@gmail.com and we’ll arrange the fastest option — either dispatch a replacement or guide you through returning the original.


Faulty items & warranty

  • Report faults to calmerawellness.store@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

  • For verified manufacturing faults within 12 months we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

  • If a replacement or repair is confirmed faulty, we’ll cover reasonable return and replacement postage.


Lost returns

If you post a return, keep your tracking number and email it to us. If the return is lost in transit we’ll work with the carrier — however we cannot refund the item until the return arrives or the carrier confirms a loss.


International orders & duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not refundable by us.
